What is so unique about The Ultimate PC?The combination of incredibly compact size and tremendous power makes The Ultimate PC truly unique. If you shop around, we don't think you'll find any PC that is as compact as The Ultimate PC. When you look around, check all dimensions -- height, width, and depth. If you were to find another PC even close in size, it will have nowhere near the power that our Ultimate PC has. Also, you'll know the first time you lay hands on The Ultimate PC that it's something special. The solid 1/4" thick aluminum construction is truly incredible in its quality and uniqueness. How do you cool the case?Cooling is an extremely important factor for us, given so much power in such a small space. We have carefully designed our case and its internal components to form a convection cooling method. The microprocessor and case stays within AMD temperature standards at all times, even during intense processor usage. The Ultimate PC is designed to be able to withstand the vigors of being powered on constantly, 24 hours a day. Specific cooling features include: - Special reverse-flow processor heatsink/fan

Can you configure my PC with different components?Yes, we can exchange components in The Ultimate PC. See the Custom Configuration page for more details. What forms of payment do you accept?You can find information about payment methods on the Payment Options page. What is PayPal?PayPal is one the ways that you can use to send us payment. We think once you learn more about PayPal, the more you will want to use it as your preferred payment method. What is Northrop Computer's return policy?Northrop Computer offers a Total Satisfaction return policy that allows our customers to request returns within 15 days from the original shipment date. For more information, see the Shipping page. How do I track my shipment's delivery status?Once we ship your order, we will send you an e-mail containing your FedEx tracking number.
