Warranty

To make life easy for you, we have a simple warranty / return policy:

You may return merchandise purchased from Northrop Computer for any reason no-hassle within 15 days of original shipment date, provided that:

• The merchandise is not damaged
• The merchandise is returned in the original packing materials
• The merchandise shows no signs of substantial use

In addition, we will offer free replacement of any part that fails within 1 year due to manufacturer defect.
